授業の目標
This lecture aims at improving the calculation ability for actual 
applications based on the knowledge of quantum mechanics acquired at 
undergraduate course. The subjects are
(1) time-independent approximation method,
(2) second quantization for the approximation,
(3) wave equation of electron in a periodic potential,
(4) resonant tunneling of electrons,
(5) time-dependent approximation,
(6) optical processes in semiconductor.

The student who attends this lecture sufficiently understands physical and 
mathematical meaning of the quantum mechanics, and then, the learning should 
be done in order to use practically.
